   Yes, every dessert is certified OK Kosher, Cholov Yisroel. We offer both dairy and parve desserts.

Ingredients

1. Do you use all natural ingredients?

   Yes, we are proud to use only the highest quality artisinal ingredients. We never use preservatives … all our cakes are baked fresh.

2. Do you offer any nut-free desserts?

   Yes, we have many cakes and pastries without nuts. If you make a special request in advance, we can use our special set of bowls, beaters and spatulas set aside for baking nut-free cakes and cookies. But please be aware that we are not a nut-free facility.

1. Can I place a special order?

   Yes, please call us and we will be happy to try and meet your expectations.

2. Can you fill Catering, Corporate or Wholesale orders?

   Yes, we welcome orders of all sizes from Caterers, Business and Wholesale clients. Please call us for special pricing and other details.

1. Do you serve coffee and are there seats?

   Yes, we are pleased to offer organic, fair trade, locally roasted Elllis Island blended coffee (both regular and decaf) and tea and have seating.

2. Are you open for breakfast?

   Yes, on weekdays, we open at 8am. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

   We deliver locally in NYC and charge a delivery fee based on your location. For Friday delivery, please order by Thursday 3pm.

   Yes, we take on-line orders for select products and ship across the country. Please go to Online Orders for more info.

1. What is the nearest subway line to your bakery?

   The #1 Train to 125th Street is the closest subway. Located on 123rd Street off of Amsterdam Avenue, we are a short walk from the subway. If you would like to see other mass transit options, you may want to use HopStop.com for full directions.
