Our family was delighted to receive two of your amazingly delicious cakes for Thanksgiving, courtesy of Zelda Stern. Both the carrot cake with toffuti cream cheese icing and the chocolate cake with ganache were moist, rich, and flavorful. They tasted homemade, though we would not be able to create anything quite as delicious as your cakes! Your high quality kosher bakery in Manhattan is a welcome addition! Had a biscotti with a cup of coffee. The biscotti had the perfect amount of "crunch" and the coffee was delicious. Everyone was friendly and it was the perfect stopover on my walk home. Judy P

your cakes are # 1 on my list because they don't taste parve and are so rich in " natural" products! I love the new "pumpkin chocolate chip" and of course the three staple goodies are always our favorites...decadent chocolate cake, lemon squares, and almond horns...The Best! Lynn M
